We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to experience the LunaLite device firsthand with our exclusive Demo Program. This program allows dental offices to test the LunaLite device for two weeks to see how it fits into their daily workflow and improves diagnostic quality.

How the Demo Program Works:

Order Your Demo Device:
Simply order a LunaLite device through our website. You'll receive it at your office for a 14-day trial period.

30-Minute Zoom Training Included if needed:
As part of the program, we will provide a 30-minute Zoom training session to ensure you understand how to properly use the LunaLite device and get the most out of the trial period. The training is included free of charge and can be scheduled at your convenience.

Use the Device and Provide Feedback:
During the trial, you’ll have the chance to use the LunaLite device in real-world scenarios. We ask that you provide feedback on your experience, including what worked well and areas where we can improve.

Device Condition and Return Policy:
All demo devices must be returned in good condition:

Shipping and Handling: The dental facility is responsible for the cost of shipping the demo device to you.

Return Shipping: At the end of the two-week period, you are required to return the device. The return shipping cost will also be your responsibility.

If we do not receive the demo device back after the two-week trial period, we will reach out twice by phone and email.

If there is no response or the device is not returned, we reserve the right to charge your card the retail price of the device.

Buy a Device After the Trial:
If you decide to purchase a LunaLite device after the trial, we will send you a brand-new device with a 2-year warranty and free shipping.
