All returns have a 30-day money back guarantee. After 30 days there are no returns and no refunds. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, email us at scano@lunalitedentvet.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Place the item securely in its original packaging including the device and USB connector, then mail to:

After receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt to process. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when processed.
